What we collect

When you request an offer, we collect what you type into the form: the property address, your name, phone number, optional email, and any answers you give about the house. We also collect basic, non-identifying site analytics such as pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your property, prepare an offer and complete a purchase if you choose to sell. If you checked the consent box, we may call or text the number you gave, including by automated means. Consent isn't required to sell, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example, email delivery and website hosting) and, if you decide to sell, with the title company and other parties needed to close.

Spam protection

Our offer form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information as long as it's useful for your request and our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
